Emma lives in France. Her dad is Juan Naveira, creator of the band The Juanitos. This album began when Emma wrote the lyrics to her first song, "Une Glace au Citron" ("A Lemon Ice"). She gave the page to her dad and hummed the tune for him. He played it on the guitar for her. Within a few weeks, they put together more songs. Soon they were performing small concerts and appearing in the press. The video for "Une Glace au Citron" ("A Lemon Ice") became a...

The stories were created as bedtime stories for his children. The stories are read by Kara Shallenberg with music provided by A Tiny Window, Encinitas Community Drummers, L. Monsters are not real, but they these songs are REALLY fun! These are some of our favorite monster songs shared on the Internet. Charlie's song is a bouncy instrumental, and the song by Dorothy's Magic bag one has only the words, "You're a monster!" said in a funny way that will make you laugh. In Giovanni's song, he tells monsters to pack their bags and get their stinky feet out of his house, because he is not afraid of them anymore. Joanna isn't afraid of monsters, either. Her song...

Jeffrey Herring wrote these wonderful versions of several world myths for children to enjoy. He and his family read the stories, added the music and sounds, and painted the beautiful pictures in the book. This is a delightful gift for you from the Herring Family! Myths are traditional stories created mostly by ancient people and usually to explain the world around them. Ancient people did not understand the world, so they created myths to explain it. Almost all cultures have myths to explain...

This Kazoomzoom.com collection focuses on ragtime, an American music style from more than 100 years ago, a long time before the invention of CDs and iPods. Back then, sound was recorded into things like wax, resin, paper and metal. The paper recordings were played by instrument machines. The most popular was called a player piano, and most of the songs here are recorded from player pianos. Ragtime's uplifting and whimsical style is perfect as a happy and inspiring backdrop for playtime. The...
